The Sykam S 1535 Preparative HPLC Pump is available as a 150 ml/min and a 250 ml/min version and a pressure range of 400 bar. Both versions are available as Stainless Steel or biocompatible PEEK version. An optional built-in low-pressure quaternary gradient mixer with in-line vacuum degasser gives the user flexibility for choosing applications needing complex water/solvent gradients as often encountered in reversed phase chromatography as well as reliable gradient formation and robust operation for high-salt containing buffer gradients as often encountered in protein chromatography applications.
