Description
The HiSep SP SepFast 6HF column belongs to a group of strong cation exchange media.
The above ion-exchange chromatography (IEX) media is designed for the general purification of biological molecules in which impure components can be chromatographically separated from target molecules at a less demanding process.
The base matrix is made of highly cross-linked 6% agarose. It is very stable to most of the chemical conditions experienced in the bioprocessing industry. The IEX SepFast 6HF could be a good alternative to the IEX Sepharose 6FF with the benefit of reduced cost. We provide the regulatory support files of individual resins for those cGMP applications.
The core advantages to large-scale biomanufacturings are:
- Good dynamic binding capacity
- Good pressure / flow property
- Low cost
