Description
CM SepFast 6HF Plus belongs to a group of weak cation exchange media.
The above ion-exchange chromatography (IEX) media is designed for the general purification of biological molecules where high binding capacity or faster binding kinetics is desirable.
The base matrix is made of highly cross-linked 6% agarose and dextran. It is very stable to most of the chemical conditions experienced in the bioprocessing industry. The IEX SepFast 6HF Plus could be a good alternative to the IEX Sepharose XL, with the benefit of reduced cost. We provide the regulatory support files of individual resins for those cGMP applications.
The core advantages to large-scale biomanufacturings are:
- Much increased dynamic binding capacity
- Fast binding kinetics
- Affordable cost
